Children’s eligibility and programs
MSC lists Mini Club for ages 3–6, Juniors for 7–11, Young Club for 12–14 and Teen Club for 15–17. Baby-club time and any childcare service have separate participation rules; confirm them for your child’s age and ship.
Planning the trip together
Ask about club registration and the languages used during sessions. Review nursery arrangements directly if travelling with a baby, including any reserved hours and fees. Compare cabin bed layouts before choosing a category for several guests. Ship attractions can have height or other participation limits independent of club ages, so verify those before making them the reason for booking.
What to check with MSC Cruises
- Confirm the age group at embarkation.
- Check baby-club supervision and reservation rules.
- Review ship-specific attraction limits.
Before paying a family cruise deposit
- Give the line each child’s age on embarkation day and the exact itinerary before paying a deposit.
- Confirm a bed for every guest, cot availability, and any connecting-cabin arrangement in the booked category.
- Check passports, visas and consent documents for children travelling with one parent or another guardian.
- Ask about club registration, independent toilet use, care hours, fees and age or height limits on activities.
Age rules, programs and availability can change. The cruise line’s current terms for your booking and departure govern your trip.
