Cruising with children on Regent Seven Seas Cruises

Regent’s family offer is most useful when your sailing includes Club Mariner. The availability of the program matters more than the line’s general luxury positioning.

Children’s eligibility and programs

Regent advertises Club Mariner for ages 5–17 on selected voyages. Its enrichment page describes counselor-led activities; this should not be treated as a year-round club on every departure.

Planning the trip together

Confirm the family program for the date and ship before reserving. Ask how children are grouped and whether the sessions fit the shore excursions you want. Included excursions still need an age and stamina check. For children too young for Club Mariner, arrange the supervision plan directly rather than assuming that an inclusive fare also includes childcare.

What to check with Regent Seven Seas Cruises

  • Confirm Club Mariner on your exact sailing.
  • Check excursion ages and walking levels.
  • Ask separately about arrangements for younger children.

Before paying a family cruise deposit

  • Give the line each child’s age on embarkation day and the exact itinerary before paying a deposit.
  • Confirm a bed for every guest, cot availability, and any connecting-cabin arrangement in the booked category.
  • Check passports, visas and consent documents for children travelling with one parent or another guardian.
  • Ask about club registration, independent toilet use, care hours, fees and age or height limits on activities.

Age rules, programs and availability can change. The cruise line’s current terms for your booking and departure govern your trip.
