A-ROSA Club is A-ROSA River Cruises's loyalty program, with 4 tiers from Black to Diamond.
Overview
The A-ROSA Club is the line's free repeat-guest program. Guests who have completed at least one A-ROSA cruise can join and receive a club card, and their level rises with the number of A-ROSA cruises completed. Status never expires and a member is never moved down a level.
Every member gets the standard benefits: invitations to club cruises and events, waiting-list priority, a club hotline, newsletter and online club area, member offers and partner offers, club raffles, a cabin gift on arrival and a small gift on a birthday aboard, 10 percent off the TEFRA luggage service on Rhine and Danube cruises, and 10 percent off the cheaper of two Premium All-Inclusive cruises booked in the same year.
Tiers
Black
Entry level after a first completed A-ROSA cruise, for members with up to four cruises (the club's benefits table applies Black benefits from the second sailing).
Standard club benefits; 8% group discount when six or more full-paying guests book Premium All-Inclusive together; on the Danube, Rhine, Rhône and Seine, 10% off SPA-ROSA treatments, 20% off the Wine & Dine Meet the Officers dinner (or the A-ROSA Sena barbecue menu) on cruises of five nights or more, 10% off A-ROSA shop items and 30% off the A-ROSA Edition jewelry set. The onboard discounts do not apply on A-ROSA Alea and Clea.
Silver
5 to 9 completed A-ROSA cruises.
Everything in Black, with a 10% group discount; the early-booking price with an extended deadline; one laundry bag washed and ironed (not on Alea and Clea); free parking in Cologne or Passau on Premium All-Inclusive bookings, subject to availability; a ship tour of A-ROSA Sena on cruises of five nights or more; 20% off spa treatments, 30% off Wine & Dine and 20% off shop items; on the Douro, 50% off the Lamego excursion.
Gold
10 or more completed A-ROSA cruises.
Everything in Silver, with a 12% group discount; the early-booking price year-round; welcome champagne (subject to availability) and a farewell gift in the cabin; 30% off spa treatments, 50% off Wine & Dine and 30% off shop items; on the Douro, a free excursion to Lamego or Castelo Rodrigo.
Diamond
20 or more completed A-ROSA cruises.
Everything in Gold, with 50% off spa treatments and the Wine & Dine dinner included; one free cabin upgrade a year (before departure, subject to availability, not into suites); a €50 onboard credit once a year (not on Alva, Alea or Clea); a welcome gift on reaching Diamond; exclusive bathroom amenities; one free Discovery excursion per cruise (on the Douro, Lamego or Castelo Rodrigo); the best available rate under the booked conditions; and one free TEFRA luggage transfer a year on the Rhine or Danube.

Each completed cruise counts toward the next level and is credited at the end of the sailing, so the level does not change during a cruise or a run of back-to-back cruises. Levels are Black (up to four cruises), Silver (5 to 9), Gold (10 or more) and Diamond (20 or more). Benefits are personal and cannot be transferred, exchanged or paid out.
