Benefits are a fixed discount on the cruise fare plus onboard recognition, and from Silver up, airport transfers and help with a cabin upgrade.

$100 per person off the cruise fare and a welcome back celebration on board.
Silver
Third AmaWaterways cruise.
$100 per person off the cruise fare, a welcome back celebration, a complimentary welcome amenity, complimentary airport transfers on most brochure arrival and departure days (not long-haul or private transfers), and $100 per person off a one-category stateroom upgrade.
Gold
Fourth and subsequent AmaWaterways cruises.
$100 per person off the cruise fare, a welcome back celebration, a complimentary welcome amenity, complimentary airport transfers on most brochure arrival and departure days, and a free one-category stateroom upgrade, subject to availability, like-for-like and excluding suites except in Africa.

Benefits apply to new bookings, are not transferable, are generally per stateroom, and the $100 per person saving applies only at the level held when booking and is not cumulative.
