Crystal Society is Crystal's loyalty program, with 3 tiers from Crystal Society member to Per Sempre.
Overview
Crystal Society is Crystal's loyalty program. Guests become members automatically after their first voyage and then earn milestone credits that unlock rewards such as As You Wish credits, complimentary upgrades and Crystal Society cruise credits, along with recognition pins at certain milestones. From the second voyage, members get a 2.5% Crystal Society saving on fares, a further 2.5% when booking on board, and a hosted cocktail party on every voyage. Credits earned with the former Crystal carried over into the relaunched program.

Automatic after the first Crystal voyage
From the second voyage: 2.5% Crystal Society fare savings, 2.5% onboard booking savings and a hosted members' cocktail party on every voyage. Milestone rewards (As You Wish credits, upgrades, cruise credits) and recognition pins at select milestone levels.
Milestone 50 and above
50 or more milestone credits
Member benefits plus unlimited complimentary dinner reservations at Osteria d'Ovidio and Umi Uma (the first booked before boarding, the rest on board).
Per Sempre
Invitation only; one-time fee of $50,000 for two household members (enrollment closed December 15, 2025)
Lifetime 10% discount on voyages, complimentary suite upgrades when available, priority access to new itineraries, complimentary laundry and daily pressing, an invitation to the 2028 christening of Crystal Grace, and curated offers from Abercrombie & Kent and partners.
How you earn
Each full-fare voyage of 5 to 15 nights earns one milestone credit and each voyage of 16 nights or more earns two; shorter voyages earn nothing. Combined sailings such as back-to-back cruises, Grand Journeys or world cruise segments earn credits for each segment separately.
