Explora Club is Explora Journeys's loyalty program, with 5 tiers from Classic to Diamond.
Overview
Explora Club is the loyalty program Explora Journeys launched in April 2025. Members move through five levels, from Classic to Diamond, as they collect points, with benefits grouped into gifts, savings and onboard credit, pre-Journey priority, members' events and onboard services. Guests join by enrolling through a My Explora account, and U.S. residents are enrolled automatically when they complete a Journey reservation. A referral program gives both the member and the new guest 500 points and a future Journey credit.
Tiers
Classic
Entry level on enrolment, before any points are earned.
Personalized welcome on board, access to Explora Club member offers, priority access to new Journeys Collections and a dedicated area in My Explora.
Silver
1 to 5,000 points.
Classic benefits plus a Silver welcome gift, a signature loyalty gift and birthday surprise, 5 percent savings on future Journeys and on Explora merchandise at The Journey boutique, priority assistance at the Explora Experience Centre, a cocktail event with ship leadership, focus group invitations and a personal welcome from the General Manager.
Gold
5,001 to 20,000 points.
Silver benefits with a Gold welcome gift, an additional surprise gift or ritual, 5 percent savings at The Journey boutique (excluding Encore) and one extra complimentary laundry bag per Journey.
Platinum
20,001 to 50,000 points.
Gold benefits with a Platinum welcome gift, 100 of Journey Experience Credit for Ocean Wellness and 100 for Destination Experiences, a complimentary laundry bag every day and a behind-the-scenes bridge tour when available.
Diamond
50,001 points or more.
Platinum benefits plus a Diamond welcome gift, a complimentary week-long Journey for two in an Ocean Suite (terms apply), a private transfer to port, a complimentary suite upgrade (Owner's Residence excluded), an exclusive embarkation area, a President's Journey experience, a complimentary culinary experience such as the Chef's Kitchen, and a private shopping advisor.
How you earn
Members earn 100 points for every night at sea, multiplied by suite category: Ocean Suites x1, Ocean Penthouses x2, Ocean Residences x3 and Owner's Residences x10. Eligible onboard spending earns 100 points per 1,000 euros or dollars, in blocks of 100, excluding pre- and post-Journey hotels, flights and transfers, the casino, Encore by Explora Journeys and the luxury watch and jewelry boutiques. Destination Experiences booked before or during the Journey earn 100 points per 1,000 euros or dollars. Each successful referral adds 500 points.
Status match
Guests who hold status in another cruise line's loyalty program can apply for a status match and receive equivalent Explora Club benefits from their first Journey; Explora publishes a status match table on its Explora Club page.
