Scenic & Emerald Rewards is Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours's loyalty program, with 4 tiers from Gold to Chairman's Club.
Overview
Scenic & Emerald Rewards is the shared loyalty program of Scenic Group's two brands, launched on February 10, 2026 to replace Scenic Club and EmeraldEXPLORER. It counts river cruises, ocean voyages and escorted land journeys with either Scenic or Emerald Cruises, merges members' earlier status points into one balance, and has four tiers: Gold, Diamond, Emerald and Chairman's Club. Membership is free and opens once a guest has booked and completed a first Scenic or Emerald trip.
Tiers
Gold
Entry tier, reached after completing a first trip with a Scenic Group brand; new members receive 1,000 bonus status points.
Earns and redeems MyRewards (1% of eligible bookings); member-only offers, events, newsletter and competitions; access to pre-release cruises and land journeys; a dedicated members' phone and email contact.
Diamond
15,000 status points.
Gold benefits plus private home or airport transfers (limits apply), an airport hotel stay in some markets, or a transfer credit; one free night of pre- or post-trip hotel on journeys of 20 days or more; on Scenic ocean voyages, priority booking of restaurants, Discovery activities, helicopter and submarine trips, and six pieces of free laundry per person per day.
Emerald
30,000 status points.
Diamond benefits plus priority service from the Premium Guest Concierge team (Australian bookings only), a lapel pin, upgraded pre- or post-trip hotels when available, and private transfers at the start and end of the journey in selected cities. On river cruises: two pieces of laundry per person per day, a welcome amenity in the suite, an invitation to Table La Rive or Table d'Or (Scenic Europe) or the Chef's Table (Scenic Asia), and a captain's or senior management table invitation on Emerald in Europe. On ocean voyages: laundry (six pieces on Scenic, two on Emerald), a welcome amenity and a one-hour massage or facial.
Chairman's Club
By invitation only: generally 50,000 or more status points and/or selection by Scenic Group executives.
Emerald benefits with priority access to offers and pre-release trips, a personalized welcome gift pack, early dining reservations, an invitation to the annual Chairman's Club event, 50% off travel insurance in some markets, one free pre- or post-trip hotel night on any length of journey, a one-category suite upgrade when available, an upgraded transfer vehicle, unlimited river laundry, and one complimentary seven-night Europe or Asia river cruise in a lead-in balcony suite on set itineraries. Ocean extras include a Therabody chair session, Champagne and canapés on arrival, a private car excursion on Scenic Signature Yacht cruises from April 2027, one helicopter landing or flightseeing trip on selected Scenic departures from April 2028, a members' lounge on Scenic Ikon and 25% off the Night Market Grill on Emerald Kaia, Raiya and Xara. After the trip: a welcome-home experience and hamper.
How you earn
Members earn status points for each day of travel, scaled by product and suite category. Per day: Scenic Europe river cruises 100 to 150, Southeast Asia river cruises 100 to 150, Scenic land journeys and extensions 100, and Scenic ocean voyages 170 to 300, with more for premium suites. Status points never expire and count only toward tiers. Separately, MyRewards returns 1% of each new booking made directly with Scenic Group or through a travel advisor (cruise, land and flights, excluding taxes, port charges, gratuities and card fees) as credit toward a later Scenic or Emerald trip. The credit is added the day after the trip ends, stays in the booking currency, is valid for up to three years and cannot be used as a deposit or taken as cash. New members from February 10, 2026 also receive 1,000 bonus status points.
