About AmaSofia

AmaSofia is AmaWaterways' newest European ship, christened on the Rhine on March 14, 2026, during the ASTA River Cruise Expo, with ASTA executive Sarah Little as godmother. She was the first ship to carry the line's refreshed branding in Europe. The 135-meter ship carries 152 guests in 76 twin-balcony staterooms, with suites of up to 350 square feet, a Sun Deck pool with a swim-up bar, and a Chef's Table. After spring on the Rhine she was scheduled to move to the Danube in June 2026, mostly sailing between Budapest and Vilshofen.
