About Carnival Legend
Carnival Legend is a Spirit-class ship that Dame Judi Dench christened at Harwich, England, in August 2002; her maiden voyage was Carnival's first cruise in Europe. She was also the first Carnival ship with alternative dining and a wedding chapel. Spaces follow a theme of myth and legend, from the Camelot and Avalon pools and Club Merlin Casino to Truffles Restaurant, alongside the Green Thunder slide, RedFrog Pub and Alchemy Bar. A 16-day dry dock in Freeport was completed in May 2026. She spends the 2026-27 winter in Tampa and summer 2027 on Alaska cruises from Seattle, then moves to Long Beach for Hawaii and Mexico sailings.
