About Jewel of the Seas
Jewel of the Seas, the youngest of the four Radiance-class ships, made her maiden voyage in May 2004 and shares her sisters' gas-turbine power and glass-heavy design. She completed a renovation worth about 20 million pounds in 2016 and a three-week dry dock at Damen Shiprepair in Brest, France, in May 2024. Past seasons took her to the Greek Isles and to the Persian Gulf from Dubai. Her 2026-27 program pairs Western Caribbean cruises from Tampa in winter with short Bahamas and Perfect Day at CocoCay trips from Fort Lauderdale the rest of the year.
