About Norwegian Encore
Norwegian Encore is the fourth and last Breakaway Plus-class ship and, at about 169,100 gross tons, the largest ship in Norwegian's current fleet, with 3,958 guests at double occupancy. Meyer Werft built her, and she sailed her maiden voyage in November 2019. Her features include the Encore Speedway, the Galaxy Pavilion, the Aqua Racer slides and Onda by Scarpetta, and she was refurbished in 2024. She is based on the US West Coast, sailing Mexican Riviera cruises from Los Angeles in winter and Alaska round trips from Seattle in summer.
