About Seabourn Encore

Seabourn Encore is the lead ship of the Encore class, built by Fincantieri and delivered in November 2016 as a larger development of the Odyssey-class design, about 26 percent bigger and holding about a third more guests. She measures about 41,900 gross tons and carries about 600 guests in ocean-view suites with verandas. After two pre-inaugural cruises in December 2016 she was named in Singapore on 7 January 2017 and sailed her maiden voyage to Bali. She made her first Alaska season in 2026 and returns there from May to September 2027 before a series of Japan voyages from Tokyo that autumn.
