Silver Cloud
Silver Cloud is a Silversea Cruises cruise ship, in service since 1994. She measures 17,400 gross tons and carries 254 guests with a crew of 212. She sails Antarctica, South Pacific, Australia and New Zealand, Asia itineraries.
About Silver Cloud
Silver Cloud was Silversea's first ship, entering service in April 1994 after her hull was built at the Visentini yard near Venice and finished by T. Mariotti in Genoa. She was designed with verandas on most suites, unusual at the time, and spent her first two decades on classic voyages in Europe, the Caribbean and South America. A 2017 rebuild brought her up to ice class for expedition cruising, and Silversea now sails her with 254 guests, 20 Zodiacs and 10 kayaks. In 2026-27 she sails Antarctica from Puerto Williams, then French Polynesia and the South Pacific, Asia and Australia's Kimberley coast.
