She is the lead ship of the Viking Star class, built by Fincantieri at Marghera and delivered in March 2015, with Scandinavian-style interiors by SMC Design and Rottet Studio. Public spaces include a main pool and an infinity pool, a spa and fitness center, the Wintergarden, the Explorers' Lounge, the Aquavit Terrace, the World Café and the Star Theatre. Like her sisters, she is small enough to dock directly in most ports.
