About Viking Beyla

Viking Beyla is a 98-guest Longship variant built for the Elbe, where it entered service in 2015 alongside its sister Viking Astrild. Beyla, the namesake, is a servant of the god Freyr who stands for farming and the seeds of crops. Through 2027 it sails chiefly on Elegant Elbe cruises between Berlin and Prague with calls at Wittenberg, Meissen and Dresden, with Christmas Along the Elbe in season. It has 49 outside staterooms on a 110-meter hull, an outdoor Aquavit Terrace at the bow and a sun deck with an herb garden.
