About Viking Laga

Viking Laga is an upcoming 190-guest Viking Longship, a sister of the 135-meter ships that dominate Viking's European fleet. Laga, the namesake, is a Norse goddess of wells and springs. Viking lists it as a 2027 ship, with a first departure on the Rhine Getaway on April 4, 2027. Its announced program includes the Rhine Getaway between Basel and Amsterdam and Christmas on the Rhine market cruises. Public rooms follow the Longship pattern: a lounge with floor-to-ceiling glass doors, a panoramic restaurant, the indoor-outdoor Aquavit Terrace at the bow and a sun deck with solar panels.
