About Viking Tir

Viking Tir is a 190-guest Viking Longship, one of the 135-meter sister ships that make up most of Viking's European river fleet, and it entered service in 2019. Tir, its namesake, is the god of heroic glory who gave up a hand to bind the wolf Fenrir. For 2026 and 2027 Viking schedules it mainly on the Grand European Tour, which links Budapest and Amsterdam by way of the Main-Danube Canal. Its schedule also includes the Rhine Getaway between Basel and Amsterdam and Christmas on the Danube sailings. The square-bowed design fits three full passenger decks under a sun deck with an herb garden, a putting green and a walking track.
